Ubudu joins the FiRa Consortium
Ubudu is proud to join the FiRa™ Consortium as an Adopter member to support the growth of the UWB ecosystem. According to a study by The Insight Partners, the UWB market size was valued at $498.55 million in 2021 and is projected to reach $1,906.46 million by 2028.
By joining the FiRa Consortium, Ubudu is positioned to continue the organization’s efforts to establish a broad ecosystem of UWB hardware. From smartphones to smart home connected objects and location tracking devices, UWB is now being utilized by consumers and companies everywhere.
Ubudu is the first French RTLS provider to join the FiRa Consortium, comprised of prestigious organizations including Google, Apple, Samsung, Qualcomm, Bosch, and Thales.
As a FiRa member, Ubudu will have the chance to access final specifications, certify products and help to expand the UWB ecosystem.
